What They Needed

The previous Horizon Goodwill website had become outdated, difficult to navigate, and lacked mobile responsiveness. Staff found it challenging to make content updates, and visitors often struggled to find information about available services. Horizon also wanted to strengthen its social media presence, simplify content sharing, and manage individual store location pages more effectively. As the organization continued to grow, it needed a platform that could adapt alongside its expanding network of stores and community programs.

What We Delivered

DatAchieve Digital designed and developed a modern, mobile-responsive website with intuitive navigation and clear calls to action that highlight Horizon Goodwill’s services and mission. Built on WordPress, the site features a flexible multi-site network, giving Horizon the ability to easily create and manage pages for individual store locations. The website also includes integrated social sharing tools, private administrative sections for internal staff communications, and streamlined content management—empowering the organization to update content quickly and consistently.

Supporting Growth Through Change

Known for its retail stores, Horizon Goodwill also provides job training, career services, and community programs funded by donations and retail sales. During the COVID-19 pandemic, when retail operations were disrupted, DatAchieve updated the website to feature more prominent calls to action for donations and online shopping—helping Horizon Goodwill adapt to shifting community needs and continue its mission of creating opportunities for people through the power of work.
