What They Needed

Firebirds needed a centralized platform to support more than 50 restaurant locations nationwide. Each location required the ability to manage unique menus, promotions, and region-specific offerings—while maintaining brand consistency and meeting evolving accessibility and nutrition-labeling requirements. The site also needed to provide a streamlined, mobile-friendly experience with location detection, secure browsing, and simple content updates for internal teams.

A Flexible Platform for a Growing Brand

The Firebirds website wasn’t just one site—it was the foundation for managing over 50 locations, each with its own menus, specials, and region-specific offerings. We built a custom menu management system that handled more than 75 distinct menus, complete with nutrition labeling to stay ahead of evolving FDA requirements.

From responsive design to secure HTTPS protocol, geolocation, and integration with Olo for online ordering, we helped create a seamless user experience across devices—whether customers were browsing or placing a group lunch order from the office.

How We Helped

DatAchieve developed a custom WordPress-based system that allowed Firebirds to manage multiple distinct menus with integrated calorie and nutrition information, helping them stay ahead of FDA requirements. We implemented geolocation to guide users to their nearest location, integrated with Olo for streamlined online ordering, and ensured full compliance with accessibility and security standards. The platform was built to scale, making it easier for both diners and internal teams to engage with the brand—whether at home, on the go, or planning a group lunch.

Just Around the Corner

The Firebirds website uses geolocation and other tools to quickly direct visitors to the closest restaurant. The custom online ordering feature developed by DatAchieve Digital and Olo enables visitors to quickly place orders, make requests, and save personal or group orders for reuse later. Individual orders within groups can also be changed without starting over, making it easier for the restaurant to attract repeat lunchtime business from nearby offices.
