What They Needed

As a newcomer in the competitive craft spirits market, Meinelschmidt Distillery needed more than just a good product — they needed a compelling brand that would capture attention on crowded shelves and resonate with customers. With a mission deeply rooted in honoring U.S. veterans, their story called for a thoughtful presentation that balanced craftsmanship with meaning.

They wanted a visual identity that reflected their commitment to quality and community while standing out in a saturated marketplace. Beyond branding, they needed a website that would serve multiple purposes: introduce the Meinelschmidt story, highlight their tasting room experience, share product details, promote special events, and connect customers with distributors — all while supporting online sales and future growth.

The challenge wasn’t just creating a logo or a website — it was developing a cohesive brand presence that honored their story, engaged their audience, and provided a platform for lasting customer relationships.

What We Delivered

DatAchieve created the Meinelschmidt brand from the ground up — including logo design, packaging, and scannable product labels that share the story behind each bottle. We developed a website that highlights the distillery experience, from their club-like tasting room and signature “Missing Man” table to the two-story still visible through floor-to-ceiling glass.

Our work extended beyond the brand and website. DatAchieve provided video production and marketing support, helping Meinelschmidt share its story of craftsmanship, community, and gratitude — all captured in a monogram that unites founders Cort and Chelsea Meinelschmidt’s initials into a distinctive mark.

Fun. Sophisticated. Grateful.

Honoring fallen soldiers, their sacrifices, and those they left behind is central to the Meinelschmidt whiskey product, story, and distillery experience. Arriving at the tasting room one of the first things you will notice is the prominent Missing Man table, recognizing the sacrifice and expressing gratitude, the table is symbolically reserved for those who did not come home.

The logomark combines owners Cort and Chelsea Meinelschmidt’s initials in a unique monogram .
